FDP partnered with The Legacy Restaurant, a new dining experience at The Grand York
Hotel, to design and print a unique, heritage-inspired menu.
Summary
Emphasising York’s industrial heritage, we developed an innovative menu format that
enhances the culinary journey for their guests.
Our creative solutions resulted in a striking, fold-out menu featuring three
distinct courses: Stone, Water, and
Steel.
Solution
Approach: Collaborated with The Grand York Hotel during discovery
sessions to understand their vision of a niche, experimental menu.
Implementation: We designed a fold-out menu that elegantly displays
the three-course offerings: Stone, Water and Steel.
Tools / Technologies used: Adobe design software and high-quality
printing techniques.
Outcome
The final menu design exceeded expectations by delivering an elevated guest
experience that complements the restaurant’s luxurious atmosphere, introducing
guests to Legacy’s world-class offerings in a seamless and refined way, enhancing
the overall dining journey from the moment they sit down.
